Description
The selected consultant will research and prepare an updated National Register of Historic Places nomination for the historic district, following applicable NRHP Bulletin 16A or 16B requirements. The work includes collaborating with state historical resources staff and providing project files, including Word documents, JPEGs, shapefiles, and other required digital materials. Required deliverables include consultant credentials, a Preliminary Site Information Questionnaire, a project timeline, a complete draft and final nomination with supporting documentation, and documentation supporting project expenditures. Respondents must demonstrate relevant professional qualifications and experience preparing nominations that meet federal standards. The submission must include a cover letter, key personnel resumes or CVs, examples of prior nominations, the proposed approach and methodology, a project schedule, and three professional references. Selection is qualifications-based rather than cost-based.
