The City of Quebec is requesting proposals for professional services related to the consolidation of infrastructure on Jean-Charles-Cantin Street and the looping of potable-water networks at the intersection of Saint-Felix and Grandes-Marees streets in the Sainte-Foy–Sillery–Cap-Rouge borough. The scope primarily includes preparing all documents and applications required for data collection and analysis, preliminary studies, detailed engineering design, final plans and specifications, detailed construction-cost estimates, and construction supervision.
