The County of Los Angeles Department of Regional Planning is seeking highly qualified consultants to enter into Master Agreements for as-needed planning consultant services. The services cover nine categories: Environmental Documentation, Historic and Cultural Preservation, Economic Development/Economic Impact Analysis, Biological Studies, Climate and Sustainability, Transportation/Parking Studies, Community Engagement, Disaster Rebuild and Long-Term Recovery, and Plans and Ordinances. Consultants may be selected for one or more categories based on their expertise.
