The Air Force Research Laboratory/Space Vehicle Directorate is soliciting white papers and/or proposals for research and development, modeling and simulation, fabrication, experimentation, characterization, testing, demonstration, prototyping, and analysis related to all aspects of space-flight systems, including space flight, on-orbit servicing, debris management, controlled reentry, associated ground systems, communications links, command and control, advanced spacecraft manufacturing technologies, and space system user equipment. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 541715 for Research and Development in the Physical, Engineering, and Life Sciences (except Nanotechnology and Biotechnology). The total estimated program value is unspecified with multiple awards ranging from $50,000 to $100,000,000. This ARA will remain open indefinitely and a request for white papers and/or proposals will be transmitted via CALLs and will be published separately from the basic ARA.
