PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that bids for CDTA Maint 237-3000 Cos- metic Plastic Seat Inserts and Installation are due no later than 1:00PM EST on Septem- ber 30, 2026. Bids should be addressed to Stacy Sansky, Di- rector of Procurement Capital District Transportation Author- ity, 110 Watervliet Avenue, Al- bany, New York 12206. Each bid must be prepared and sub- mitted electronically in accor- dance with the submittal in- structions. Questions regard- ing this Invitation for Bids are to be submitted IN WRITING to Stacy Sansky, Director of Pro- curement (sdsansky@cdta.org) NO LATER than 11:00 AM EST on September 17, 2026. It is the intention of CDTA to award a contract based upon bids it receives, but CDTA reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Authority hereby no- tifies all potential service providers that disadvantaged, minority and women-owned business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals in response to this notice and there will be no discrimination on the basis of race, creed, color, sex, na- tional origin, disability or mari- tal status in the award of the contract or any subcontract.
