Description
Tualatin Valley Water District is soliciting sealed bids for asphalt paving services associated with the SW Leslie Street Main Replacement project. The work includes furnishing labor, equipment, and materials for mobilization, temporary traffic control, and approximately 14,000 square feet of four-inch-depth paving. Bids must be submitted on the prescribed forms through Bid Locker. A certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond equal to 5% of the bid amount is required. The successful bidder must provide additional faithful-performance bonds as prescribed in the contract documents. A First Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form must be submitted within two hours after bid closing. An optional pre-bid conference will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams.
