Description
Kalispell School District 5 is seeking proposals for dedicated internet access (DIA) and wide area network (WAN) transport. DIA must provide fully managed service with at least 5 Gbps symmetrical bandwidth, with offers requested up to 10 Gbps. WAN service must provide fully managed transport connections between the district’s internet hub and all listed locations, with specified symmetrical bandwidths ranging from 1 Gbps to 10 Gbps. Proposals may cover DIA, WAN transport, or both; WAN proposals must include every listed location. Installation and initial configuration are requested, and service must reach the building demarcation point. Providers are responsible for delivery-related construction, permitting, pathways, and right-of-way costs. Proposals must include all monthly recurring, non-recurring, and special construction costs, with special construction details sufficient for E-Rate review. Pricing must be submitted using the provided pricing attachment in XLS or XLSX format. The district will evaluate DIA and WAN independently and may award all, part, or none of the requested services. Services are needed beginning July 1, 2027; contracted offers are requested with 60-month pricing, and the district may extend the agreement for two additional 12-month terms.
