Description
The Pan American Health Organization is seeking a qualified individual, professional team, or legally established organization to evaluate infrastructure needs at 22 prioritized points of entry in Honduras, develop rehabilitation designs for three prioritized sites, prepare technical specifications, quantities, unit-price analyses, budgets, and terms of reference for construction contractors, and provide technical supervision during the rehabilitation works. The scope includes site visits, assessments of civil, electrical, hydrosanitary, ventilation, accessibility, security, and biosecurity conditions; architectural and engineering plans; procurement support; and six supervision reports covering 50% and 100% construction progress at three sites. The contractor must provide personnel with a university degree in civil engineering, logistics engineering, or architecture, at least 10 years of relevant professional experience, experience on at least three infrastructure evaluation or rehabilitation projects, and proficiency with Autodesk and construction-budget software. Fieldwork is required across Honduras, with coordination based in Tegucigalpa.
