Description
The U.S. Navy's Military Sealift Command is soliciting firm-fixed-price quotes for brand-name butterfly valve seats for USNS Sojourner Truth (T-AO 210). The requirement includes 10 three-inch seats, 12 four-inch seats, 10 ten-inch seats, 13 fourteen-inch seats, and 5 sixteen-inch seats, identified by the specified manufacturer part numbers. The solicitation is a brand-name-only procurement and the amendment changes the sixteen-inch seat part number from 104-22514-90 to 104-22516-90. Quotes must include item descriptions and part numbers, firm-fixed unit and extended pricing inclusive of packing and shipping, discount terms, delivery lead time, delivery method and destination confirmation, and country of product origin. The quote must also confirm that all requirements, delivery dates, part numbers, and terms can be met. Quotes must be submitted in Adobe or Microsoft Office format by email to the contracting officer and contract specialist identified on the SF 1449; no other submission method is acceptable. Delivery is required on or before April 1, 2027, to the designated Military Sealift Command warehouse in Norfolk, Virginia.
