Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center, intends to make a sole-source award to ACS Publications for one physical-site license to the American Chemical Society Digital Library, including the ACS All Publications Package and access to ACS Web Editions and the ACS Legacy Archives. The notice states that ACS Publications exclusively owns the relevant content and information. This is a special notice rather than a competitive solicitation, and no formal solicitation will be issued. Interested parties may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation demonstrating their ability to fulfill the requirement, along with descriptions of similar past experience and references. The agency will use responses solely to determine whether a competitive procurement should be conducted.
