Description
The Town of Seminary seeks a contractor for Phase IV West Sewer Expansion wastewater improvements. Work includes installing 8-inch and 10-inch gravity sewer mains, bored and cased crossings—including a crossing beneath U.S. Highway 49—manholes, electrical work, and related work along Fruitstand Road, U.S. Highway 49, and Highway 590. Bids must be submitted on the provided bid forms, either in person at Seminary Town Hall or electronically through the project page at Clearpoint Bids. Each bid must include a guarantee equal to 5% of the bid price, in the form of a bid bond or certified or cashier's check. The successful bidder must provide 100% performance and payment bonds. The project includes federal funding requirements, including Section 3 obligations and domestic production requirements for iron and steel products permanently incorporated into the project.
