The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Port Hueneme Division, Code 027, is providing an acquisition forecast for Fiscal Year 2026 to assist industry partners with planning and market research. This forecast outlines anticipated contract actions, many of which may exceed the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) and utilize FAR Part 13.5 procedures. The forecast includes a variety of requirements across different departments, such as cybersecurity services, software licenses and maintenance (including Adobe, Microsoft Azure, and VMware), hardware maintenance (HPE, Dell, Eaton UPS), digital signage, command cable services, and generator rental. Additionally, there are anticipated needs for training services, facility support like propane and shredder maintenance, and specialized procurements like digital marquee engineering and wireless cellular service.
