Description
Public Services and Procurement Canada, on behalf of the Canadian Coast Guard, is seeking consulting services to prepare detailed design and construction documents for replacing the existing PLC-5-based control and monitoring system with modern hardware and software at the Canso Canal in Nova Scotia. This is a selective Request for Proposal under the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Supply Arrangement, Electrical discipline. The entire list of firms from the Electrical discipline in Nova Scotia was invited. Proposals must be submitted only through SAP Ariba by the stated deadline and may be submitted in either English or French. The procurement will be evaluated using the highest combined rating of technical merit and price.
