Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service requires repair and resurfacing of the Access Road at the National Elk Refuge. The contractor must provide all materials, equipment, and labor. The estimated project magnitude is $25,000 to $100,000, and award will be based on lowest price under a firm-fixed-price contract. The work is to commence within 10 days of the Notice to Proceed and be completed by the date agreed upon at award. A 20% bid bond and 100% payment bond are required. This is a presolicitation notice; the final solicitation package and site-visit instructions are to be issued later.
