Description
Leduc County is seeking an engineering consulting partner to collaboratively review the South East Vistas Special Study Area and prepare a comprehensive amendment to the East Vistas Area Structure Plan. The work will support the exploration of largely non-residential future land uses and will evolve through public engagement with local stakeholders, landowners, and the City of Beaumont. The consultant scope is expected to include technical studies and investigations, updates to the planning document, and revisions as the project develops. The County encourages proposals from both boutique firms partnering with other businesses and full-service firms. The County has budgeted $150,000 for the entire project, with an estimated 13-month contract period and a proposed start date of November 2, 2026.
