Description
Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors is seeking proposals from only three prequalified firms—Associated Engineering Alberta Ltd., Stantec Consulting Ltd., and WSP Canada Inc.—for the rehabilitation of Highways 870 and 869. The scope includes preliminary engineering, detailed design, contract tendering, contract administration, construction supervision, post-construction activities, and warranty inspection. This is a selective Request for Proposal, not an invitation to tender. Selection will be based on best overall value rather than necessarily the lowest cost estimate. The estimated contract period is 38 months, with a proposed start date of November 13, 2026.
