Description
This formal request for bid covers Bid Package 3 for a new five-story parking garage at Will Rogers World Airport. The package includes multiple trade scopes; the bid form identifies architectural precast concrete cladding and drywall and framing with a fluid-applied air barrier among the applicable trade packages and alternates. Bidders must submit a completed bid form and, when the bid exceeds $50,000, complete the special questionnaire and provide the requested supporting attachments. The questionnaire evaluates qualifications including relevant project history, bonding ability, insurance, safety performance, and current backlog. Addendum No. 1 updates the substitution procedure: requests must be submitted as questions through the electronic bidding system at least seven calendar days before the November 18, 2026, submission deadline, with supporting technical information. Receipt of the addendum must be acknowledged on the electronic bid form; failure to acknowledge may result in disqualification.
