Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, is seeking a contractor for a firm-fixed-price, single-award IDIQ contract covering preventive maintenance and emergency and non-emergency repairs for a fleet of excavators, dozers, loaders, dump trucks, trailers, vessels, cranes, and related heavy equipment. The contractor must provide personnel, tools, equipment, transportation, crane support, materials, OEM or equivalent parts, fluid-sample testing, waste disposal, service records, maintenance checklists, and a quality-control program. Preventive maintenance must follow current manufacturer manuals, while emergency repairs require response within 48 hours, an initial written diagnosis within 24 hours, and a detailed estimate within one week. Non-emergency repair proposals are generally due within 24 hours of request. The five-year ordering period has a $5,000 minimum guarantee and a $1,000,000 maximum contract ceiling. Work will be performed during regular business hours, primarily at Fort Mifflin and other listed equipment sites in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland; some work may occur at the contractor’s facility. The quotation must address technical approach, past performance, small-business participation, and price, including a completed bid schedule and required past-performance materials.
