Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking sources capable of providing MIM software products and related services, including the MIM 7.4 Platform CT, Contour Protege AI 1.3 Platform, Contour Protege AI+ annual subscription, Maestri Department Solution, implementation fees, electronic user-guide access, and two one-day sessions of MIM RO franchise on-site training. The requirement also includes 12 months of service and maintenance for the listed software products. This is a Sources Sought/RFI notice, not a solicitation or request for quote, proposal, or bid. Respondents must provide information about manufacturing location, business size and Non-Manufacturer Rule compliance, authorized-distributor status and OEM access, company and contact details, socioeconomic qualifications, applicable government contract vehicles, and estimated market pricing. Supporting documentation is required for manufacturing information, business-size/NMR status, authorized-distributor access, and socioeconomic qualifications.
