The City of Grande Prairie is requesting proposals from engineering consulting firms for the Muskoseepi Park Utility Rehabilitation Project. Required expertise includes storm drainage and outfalls, stormwater modelling, overland drainage, sanitary sewer modelling and system design, pressurized treated-water distribution systems, and public engagement. The scope includes preliminary engineering, detailed design, tender preparation, stakeholder communications and engagement planning, construction supervision and inspection, contract administration, project management, close-out, post-construction services, and warranty inspection. The estimated contract period is 23 months, with a proposed start date of November 16, 2026.
