Description
The City of Pittsburgh Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the Department of Permits, Licenses, and Inspections, is soliciting applications for a list of pre-qualified contractors to conduct pre-demolition asbestos surveys. These surveys will be eligible for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) fund spending. The initial contract period will begin upon execution of the contract and end on June 30th, 2029. All bids must be submitted electronically by emailing your completed application packet to contracts@pittsburghpa.gov. Failure to submit the PQMA packet to contracts@pittsburghpa.gov shall result in significant delays in processing the application.
