Description
The University of Victoria Communications and Marketing department is seeking a centralized digital asset management platform and associated licensing or subscription services for approximately 50 initial user seats. The solution should manage and govern image, video, document, design, and audio assets; support metadata, tagging, versioning, rights management, search, sharing, downloads, galleries, analytics, role-based permissions, approval workflows, CDN delivery, and integrations with Cascade CMS, WordPress, single sign-on, and other systems. The platform must support at least 10 TB of assets, scalable storage, migration of existing assets and metadata, Canadian data storage, disaster recovery, and applicable privacy and security requirements.
