Description
The United Nations Development Programme, through its Moldova project, seeks a supplier to provide 8 next-generation firewalls, 8 24+4-port access switches, 1 core switch, and 40 substation next-generation firewalls for Moldelectrica. The scope includes required licenses, subscriptions, cables, optical patch cords, other consumables, manufacturer support access, warranty coverage, and local warranty and repair support in Moldova. Hardware requires a minimum 36-month warranty, while technical support and subscriptions must cover at least 36 months. Delivery is required within 60 days after contract signature under DDP terms, including delivery, transport, unloading, and installation costs. The supplier must provide manufacturer-authorized equipment, technical documentation, certificates of quality and origin, warranty statements, service-center documentation, and manufacturer authorization where applicable. The scope also includes an official manufacturer training course for at least four beneficiary representatives, delivered offline at the beneficiary’s premises in Chisinau in Romanian or English, with hands-on exercises and manufacturer-recognized completion certificates. Training covers firewall administration and network-switch administration. Amendment 1 revises the access-switch requirements and related technical responsiveness and financial-offer requirements.
