Description
The U.S. Geological Survey requires a 2 Gbps dedicated Internet access circuit, including installation, to support network connectivity at the Volcano Science Center, Hawaiian Volcano Observatory, and Pacific Islands Ecological Research Center collocation facility. The service is intended to support operations at the newly constructed facility and maintain continuity with the agency’s existing telecommunications environment. The notice states that Hawaiian Telcom is the only identified source capable of providing the required service and is not a request for competitive quotes. Responsible parties may submit capability statements for agency consideration; no solicitation will be issued. Responses must be submitted by email only.
