The Gloucester County Improvement Authority seeks a Medicare Part B independent consultant provider to supply Shady Lane residents with ileostomy, colostomy, G-tube and PEG-tube feeding supplies, Foley catheters, enteral feeding bags, syringes, prescribed enteral feedings, wound-care products, and other products covered under Medicare Part B guidelines. The provider must supply products monthly, send a representative to meet with the facility's Supplies Coordinator and Director of Nursing, document the services provided, and bill Medicare Part B or the appropriate private insurance carrier directly. Supplies for residents not covered by Medicare Part B will be charged to Shady Lane. Additional supplies will be provided at the State Contract price. The contract term is March 1, 2027, through February 28, 2028, and the opportunity is conducted as a fair-and-open professional-services solicitation.
