Description
The project involves installing a complete waterline system, including the primary waterline, service lines, valves, fittings, and other components shown in the construction plans. The contractor must provide labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, excavation and trenching, bedding, backfill, compaction, and any required rock excavation. Work also includes pressure testing, flushing, disinfection, bacteriological testing, startup, and required inspections or approvals. The contractor must restore disturbed areas, including grading and sod replacement, repair damage to roads, utilities, landscaping, or existing improvements, and complete cleanup and debris removal. The proposal must describe the construction approach and project schedule, identify resources and subcontractors, provide itemized pricing, and state site considerations, assumptions, or exclusions. A subcontractor plan is required, and TERO requirements apply. Bid-time insurance certificates and a completed confidentiality/business relationship and non-collusion representation are also required.
