Description
The City seeks a qualified consultant to conduct an intensive-level architectural and historic survey of approximately 240 properties in a historic district. Work includes documenting each property with a Historic Preservation Resource Identification Form and at least two elevation photographs, preparing a historic context and project report, and mapping contributing and non-contributing resources. The consultant will also assess National Register eligibility and propose district boundary changes, as appropriate. The selected consultant must follow the Secretary of the Interior’s standards and Oklahoma State Historic Preservation Office guidance, coordinate with the state office, and submit draft and final documentation for review and revision. The proposal must describe the team’s qualifications and relevant experience, project approach and schedule, project management and reporting, and an itemized budget. The anticipated contract term is one year from execution, with four optional one-year renewals.
