Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) in Indian Head, Maryland, intends to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for standard commercial supplies and services related to IT and telecommunications. This includes end-user support such as Help Desk (Tier 1-2), workspace solutions, print services, and productivity tools (both hardware and perpetual software). BPA calls will not exceed the Simplified Acquisition Threshold, and offerors will compete at the call level. Interested companies must submit a cover sheet with company details, documentation of capabilities and expertise, and a price list if applicable. A minimum of three past performance references are required, detailing the business name, address, contract number, award amount, point of contact, and a description of the item. Past performance will be evaluated on customer satisfaction, timeliness, technical success, program management, and quality. Vendors must have an active account in PIEE and SAM. This is a small business set-aside. The government intends to issue Master BPAs on a 6-month rotation through June 2029. To be considered for an award, vendors must submit documentation and references by email to rebecca.m.collins17.civ@us.navy.mil by April 30th for a June award, or by October 31st for a December award. The government may also consider past performance information from other sources like CPARS, PPIRS, and FAPIIS.
