Description
Monmouth Ocean Educational Services Commission is soliciting electronic proposals for Category One telecommunications services, including dedicated Internet access with 1 Gbps and 2 Gbps bandwidth increments, business-class Internet access at 1 Gbps, and WAN data transmission connecting a satellite location to a hub. The requested service range is 1 Gbps to 5 Gbps, and the FCC Form 470 identifies four service units with installation and initial configuration. Proposals must include recurring and one-time charges, applicable taxes and fees, service-start-date information, network details, and any construction or deployment costs. Vendors must provide a valid Service Provider Identification Number, include standard contract terms and conditions, sign and date the specification document, and complete the applicable Attachment A and/or Attachment B worksheets. The requested term is three years with two potential one-year extensions, although alternative terms may be considered. Vendors should have prior experience serving New Jersey public school districts, with references available upon request.
