Description
The District of Sechelt is requesting consulting services to develop a comprehensive Urban Forest Plan (UFP), supported by GIS analysis and a public engagement process. The work may be performed remotely and delivered across British Columbia. The solicitation identifies digital service delivery and states that no physical delivery location is specified. Proposals will be evaluated against mandatory criteria, specifications, terms and conditions, and pricing. The lowest-priced quotation that satisfies the mandatory requirements will be awarded a contract.
