Description
UNDP is seeking a licensed energy-audit company to perform a Level 2 energy survey of Al-Karak Governmental Hospital under ASHRAE procedures. The assignment includes site visits; review of three years of electricity and fuel bills; measurement and analysis of electrical and mechanical systems, including HVAC, lighting, water heating, pumps, refrigeration, laundry, compressed air, and the building envelope; and assessment of energy monitoring and reporting systems. The contractor must identify no-cost, low-cost, and higher-cost energy-saving measures, including integrated renewable-energy measures, and provide technical specifications, bills of quantities, estimated implementation costs, energy and cost savings, CO2 reductions, economic and financial analyses, implementation priorities, and an IPMVP-based measurement-and-verification plan. Deliverables include an implementation plan, preliminary findings, progress reports, a draft audit report, and a final approved energy audit report with supporting worksheets, thermal-imaging data, monitoring information, and a presentation. The company must hold a valid Jordanian Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources license for energy-auditing services and demonstrate relevant experience and qualified personnel.
