The University of Alberta is seeking analysis of the same samples using eRibo Pro and miR-eCLIP services. eRibo Pro analyzes expressed mRNAs and measures the translation levels of the proteins encoded by those messages. miR-eCLIP identifies which miRNAs bind to each mRNA message and the binding locations in its sequence.
