The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Agricultural Research Service is purchasing and seeking delivery of one Metal Muncher for the National Bio and Agro-Defense Facility. The quotation must provide a firm fixed price covering the item and all costs, including shipping, identify the place of manufacture, and remain valid for at least 60 days after receipt.
