Description
The Defense Commissary Agency is seeking commercial solutions for preventive, unscheduled, and 24/7/365 emergency maintenance of commercial refrigeration systems at commissaries in the United Kingdom. The work calls for rapid on-site emergency response, preventive maintenance compliant with local commercial standards, transparent fixed-price quoting and reporting, and compliance with applicable UK and Department of War statutory, safety, and warranty requirements. Technical data is included in the solicitation package to describe current conditions. For Phase 1, vendors must submit a solution brief describing the proposed solution, technical concept, and price, including desired payment terms. The brief must include a cover page or title slide, executive summary, and technical concept. It may be up to 10 single-sided written pages in at least 12-point font or up to 20 slides; the cover page or title slide is excluded from the limit. The agency seeks support for up to five total years, with the proposed period of performance to be stated by the vendor. Solution briefs are to be emailed to the listed points of contact.
