Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is issuing a Request for Proposal for the addition of twelve National Stock Numbers/Part Numbers to the existing Alpha VI Indefinite Delivery Requirements Long-Term Contract, SPRRA2-25-D-0016. The requirements support the Patriot Missile System and other critical defense systems. The procurement is sole-source to Raytheon Company (CAGE 05716) under 10 U.S.C. § 3204(a)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, with the existing umbrella and subsumable contracts governing the resulting work. The proposal must include firm-fixed pricing for three years, an Excel pricing schedule covering the listed CLINs, NSNs, part numbers, unit prices, quantities, and delivery schedules, plus detailed cost and price support. Required supporting material includes an unedited ProPricer cost model, subcontractor cost/price support, indirect-rate documentation, a sanitized cost breakdown, and any applicable first-article or production-lot testing pricing. The offeror must also address alternative parts, single-purchase or next-higher-assembly proposals where applicable, technical-data restrictions, organizational conflicts of interest, and subcontracting arrangements. Proposals must remain valid for at least 180 days and all files must have information-rights management removed.
