Description
The City of Los Angeles Harbor Department is soliciting bids for assorted tires to be furnished and delivered as required during a one-year period from the agreement's effective date. The procurement uses a discount or markup from the manufacturer's nationally published price list, with up to 22 pricing lines requiring the bidder to identify the manufacturer, price list number, applicable price column, and percentage discount or markup. The estimated annual expenditure is $99,000, although the City provides no guarantee that this amount will be reached or will not be exceeded. Delivery is requested within 10 days after receipt of an order, with delivery charges included in the pricing. Bidders must submit the completed bid documents and Worksheet Attachment A; non-authorized distributors or dealers must also provide a formal manufacturer certification letter. The bid requires a completed CEC Form 50, and alternate products require complete illustrative and technical data.
