The National Institutes of Health's Laboratory of Neurogenetics requires preventative maintenance and emergency repair services for a Tecan LiHa robot, serial number 510000006, used to process DNA-analysis array chips. The contractor must provide one preventative maintenance visit and full coverage for parts, labor, and travel associated with unexpected system breakdowns. The scope also includes an average onsite response time of two business days, replacement of reagents rendered unusable by hardware failures, hardware and software updates at no additional cost, remote technical support, onsite applications support, and discounts on advanced training as needed.
