Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking a quotation for three sheets of cellular rubber, NSN 9320-00-244-7045, measuring 36 inches wide by 36 inches long and one-quarter inch thick. The material must be porous on both sides and meet Composition 2, Type II, Class Medium, Grade A requirements under SAE-AMS-R-5001A, Revision A, with part number M5001-II. The item has a non-extendable 36-month shelf-life requirement. The supplier must provide the material with required preservation, packaging, palletization, and marking in accordance with the cited military and DLA requirements, including MIL-STD-129 and SAE-AMS-R-5001A. The requested quantity is three sheets, with delivery required within 20 days after order and FOB origin terms. Domestic material restrictions and applicable technical, quality, and inspection requirements apply.
