Description
This Request for Information seeks qualified sources capable of performing comprehensive teardown, test, and evaluation of 20 unserviceable azimuth and elevation data package assemblies used on AN/MST-T1A MUTES and Mini-MUTES ground-based radar systems. The work includes non-destructive disassembly, dimensional and materials inspection, functional evaluation of gearing and multi-speed TRX-type synchro systems, and preparation of individual teardown and repair-requirements reports. The effort also requires development of a complete, consolidated technical data package for both assembly variants, including electrical schematics, bills of materials, manufacturing processes, and 3D CAD models or 2D PDF drawings, with delivery under Government Ownership, Government Purpose Rights, or Unlimited Rights. Respondents must submit a PDF whitepaper of no more than 10 pages addressing corporate and facility capabilities, TT&E and reverse-engineering methodology, TDP generation, component management and obsolescence, and an optional synchro-to-resolver modernization trade study. Access to technical data requires proof of active JCP certification or a validated DD Form 2345; CMMC Level 2 self-compliance is identified as a prerequisite for any future contract award, but is not required for this RFI response.
