Description
The United Nations Development Programme is seeking a quotation for one high-performance workstation server, one professional 43-inch 4K USB-C monitor, and one 2,000 VA uninterruptible power supply. The server specifications include an Intel Xeon processor, 128 GB of ECC memory, NVIDIA RTX 4000 graphics, specified solid-state and hard-disk storage, a 10 GbE network interface, Windows 11 Pro for Workstations, and up to five years of onsite warranty support; equivalent products are permitted. The monitor and UPS also have specified technical requirements, with equivalent products permitted. The supplier must deliver the equipment within 30 days after contract signature to the stated delivery location, provide operations and maintenance training, meet the warranty and after-sales support requirements, and provide local technical support with a maximum 48-hour response time during the warranty period. Quotations are evaluated primarily on lowest substantially compliant price, with technical compliance, delivery lead time, and after-sales service also considered.
