Description
The Administrative Office of the Courts, on behalf of the Department of Juvenile and Family Services, seeks consulting services to plan, facilitate, implement, and provide post-summit support for the Statewide Juvenile Behavioral Health Summit. The scope includes project initiation, stakeholder engagement, agenda and content development, faculty and speaker recommendations, pre-summit webinars, in-person summit participation, facilitation and co-facilitation, documentation of themes and action items, and preparation of a post-summit report. The contractor must develop strategic implementation plans, conduct follow-up webinars or virtual meetings, and provide consultation and technical assistance after the summit. The engagement is a labor-hour, not-to-exceed contract with a three-year term from contract execution. The summit is expected to have approximately 500 participants, with up to five concurrent breakout sessions. The contractor must demonstrate relevant juvenile behavioral-health experience and provide at least three distinct client references from the past five years. The addendum states that no budget information is provided and that the anticipated contract start date has not been established.
