Description
The City of Oklahoma City is soliciting a single-prime contractor for the Oklahoma City Riversport Improvements Package 2 project, MC-0749-F, at Riversport Pavilion. The work includes concrete foundations and slabs, structural steel and precast concrete, exterior walls, roofing and waterproofing, doors and glazing, interior finishes, foodservice equipment, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, site improvements, and related construction activities. The contractor must provide turnkey CCTV and access-control systems, with CCTV hardware matching the existing Unifi system on the Riversport campus. The project also includes artificial turf, exterior mockup work, allowances for concrete, reinforcing, and miscellaneous steel, and contractor coordination for staging and dewatering. Bidders must be prequalified by the City's Prequalification Review Board as Building Contractor B, with additional classifications where applicable. A mandatory pre-bid conference is required, electronic bidding is required, and a 5 percent bid bond is required. The contract requires completion within 304 calendar days from the date stated in the Work Order, with substantial completion by December 31, 2027.
