Description
The City seeks suppliers to provide and deliver three treatment chemicals: sodium hypochlorite (12.5%), liquid ammonium sulfate, and a liquid poly-ortho phosphate blend (70/30). Estimated annual quantities are 30,155 gallons, 5,949 gallons, and 1,695 gallons, respectively. Bidders must provide firm unit pricing and meet the product specifications, quality standards, and documentation requirements, including product information, safety data sheets, and applicable certifications. The vendor must deliver bulk chemicals to designated treatment facilities, provide the equipment and personnel needed to offload them safely, and comply with delivery, handling, and safety requirements. The contract is for an initial one-year term and may be renewed by mutual agreement for up to four additional one-year terms. The bid requires at least four relevant customer references; insurance documentation is required before award, and the conflict-of-interest questionnaire is required only when the vendor's circumstances trigger the stated disclosure requirement.
