Description
The City of Cape Girardeau is soliciting unit-price bids for improvements along MO-177 (Sprigg Street) from Broadway Street to Lexington Avenue. The work includes removal and replacement of pavement, curb and gutter, concrete driveways, sidewalks, ADA ramps, pavement markings, storm sewer structures and pipe, sanitary sewer pipe and manholes, utility adjustments, erosion control, and traffic control. The project also includes installation and modification of traffic signals, signal posts, controller equipment, vehicle detection, conduit, wiring, pedestrian accessibility equipment, and related hardware. Water-system work includes approximately 6, 8, 12, 14, and 20-inch HDPE C906 DR11 water mains, fittings, valves, tapping sleeves, service transfers, and fire hydrant assemblies. Bidders must submit the required bid security and qualification materials, including notarized work-authorization and OSHA-training affidavits and the specified anti-discrimination and debarment certifications.
