Description
The National Institutes of Health is conducting a small-business sources-sought inquiry for access to Springer Nature electronic resources, including selected journals, purchased eBook collections, online reference works, journal backfiles, subscribed databases such as Springer Protocols, and Content on Demand tokens. The anticipated requirement includes cumulative access to eligible historical content, options to add or cancel titles, open-access publishing and transformative-agreement support, potential expansion to other Department of Health and Human Services agencies, and perpetual access to subscribed years. Respondents must explain how their proposed offering meets the project requirements and provide product literature, white papers, or a capability statement. Responses must identify the respondent's business size and applicable socioeconomic status, manufacturer or authorized-distributor status, DUNS number, organization information, and technical and administrative points of contact. This notice is for market research only and will not result in an award or contract.
