The City of Calgary is seeking a qualified consulting firm to serve as Prime Consultant for the development of a new asphalt plant at the Manchester site. The scope includes planning, design, procurement support, construction administration, and post-construction services, with responsibility for coordinating the required professional disciplines and integrating vendor and contractor requirements. The initial award is anticipated to cover Phases 1 and 2, while future phases may proceed subject to City approval.
