Description
The City of Passaic is soliciting sealed bids for the furnishing and delivery of one new 2026 Ford F-53 trolley. Bidders must use the provided standard Proposal Form and submit a proposal guarantee in the form of a qualifying bid bond, certified check, or cashier’s check equal to 10% of the total bid amount, capped at $20,000. The successful bidder must have a New Jersey Business Registration Certificate before contract award or authorization and comply with applicable New Jersey affirmative-action and equal-employment requirements. The bid will remain subject to consideration for 60 days after receipt.
