Description
Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), Environmental Services and Contaminated Sites Management, is seeking offers from qualified environmental engineering consulting firms to establish standing offers for services provided on an “if and when requested” basis on federally controlled sites. The work supports PWGSC and other federal client departments, including projects in remote communities in the Northwest Territories. Services include environmental impact assessments, permitting and related studies; environmental management of federal facilities; contaminated-sites consulting; and remediation planning, site supervision, and cost estimating. The standing offers have a three-year initial duration with three optional years. Offers will be evaluated using the highest combined rating of technical merit and price.
