Description
The Good Samaritan Society is requesting quotes from contractors to provide scheduled inspections and, where required, repairs for life safety systems at its facilities in southern Alberta. The work must ensure compliance with provincial building codes and National Fire Protection Association requirements. The scope includes, but is not necessarily limited to, fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems, fire extinguisher maintenance checks, kitchen hood system testing and inspection, fire hydrant testing and inspection, backflow preventer testing, panel component testing, and peripheral device testing. The estimated contract period is 35 months, with a proposed start date of December 1, 2026.
