Description
The Florida Department of Revenue is seeking approximately 8,237 to 9,105 usable square feet of office space within specified Pasco County boundaries. The successful lessor must provide a turn-key build-out, including architectural and construction services, ADA-compliant restrooms and facilities, security and fire systems, telecommunications infrastructure, electrical and HVAC systems, furnishings and modular workstations, signage, parking, and related improvements. The space must support the Department's customer service operations and include secured areas, reception and interview areas, training and conference rooms, storage, telecommunications rooms, and other specified program spaces. The proposed lease has a 120-month base term and requires at least ten one-year renewal options. The lessor must provide full-service gross rental rates for each year of the base and renewal terms, with utilities, janitorial services and supplies, maintenance, security-system installation and maintenance, garbage disposal, insurance, and required tenant improvements included. Janitorial and cleaning services are also required throughout the lease term. Responses must include the completed ITN form, scaled floor plan, usable square-footage information, applicable property-control documentation, and other checklist items specified in the solicitation.
